If you can’t get the exact ingredients, try similar ones
If you can’t find adobo sauce, use chipotle pepper in adobo sauce instead. If you don’t want to use brown rice, white rice or quinoa work well too. For a spicier dish, add some finely chopped jalapeño peppers. If you’re not a fan of cilantro, omit it or try using fresh parsley instead.
